Icing sugar

Icing sugar with or without 3% corn starch, obtained from the grinding of refined beet sugar crystals, which transform into a sweet white pure and odourless powder. 

Adding 3% corn starch increases the free-flow of the powder, favours mixing with other food materials and prevents clumping.

Sizes available:

Pure in 25 kg paper or PE bags with or without inlets and 10 kg bags.
With starch in 10 kg bags.
With 3% corn starch in 5 and 25 kg bags.
